Model release
You grant Native Frame Co and the client brand permission to use your name, likeness, voice and performance in the delivered ads, for the term and territory stated in your job offer.
Usage term and territory
Default: paid usage for 12 months in the United States from first run date. Longer terms, perpetual usage or additional territories are paid as extensions at rates stated before you accept.
Whitelisting
If a job includes Spark Ads or partnership ads, you authorize access to your handle for the stated window. You can see the window in your job offer. Renewals are paid.
Honest content
You use the product before filming. You say only what's true for you and what's in the approved script. If you can't stand behind a claim, tell your producer and we'll change it.
Disclosure
Organic posts about a paid job must include #ad or the platform's paid-partnership tool, per FTC guidance.
Payment
Flat rate per approved video, paid within 15 days of approval via Stripe. You're an independent contractor and will receive a Form 1099 where required.
Reshoots
One reshoot is included if the video misses the brief. Additional reshoots requested by the client are paid.
