Clause 1. Introduction and Scope
This Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of information through native-frame.com (the Interface), a website operated under the trade name Native Frame Co in connection with creator-made advertising and UGC production. Accessing the Interface indicates agreement with this Policy.
Throughout this Policy, any person who visits, browses, or submits information through the Interface is referred to as a Counterparty. This Policy covers only the Interface; it does not apply to any third-party website, platform, or service that may be linked from it.
Clause 2. Information Collected
(a) Information You Provide
the Interface offers a contact form and does not require account registration. When a Counterparty chooses to make contact, the following may be provided: name, business or company name, email address, telephone number (if supplied), and the contents of any message or inquiry. Providing this information is voluntary, but without it a request may not be able to be answered.
(b) Information Collected Automatically
When a Counterparty accesses the Interface, certain technical information is recorded automatically, which may include IP address, browser type and version, device and operating-system details, referring and exit pages, and the dates and times of access. This information is used in aggregate to keep the Interface secure and working properly.
(c) Cookies and Similar Technologies
the Interface may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure the effectiveness of its pages. Most browsers allow cookies to be refused or deleted; doing so may affect how parts of the Interface function. Where required by law, consent is requested before non-essential cookies are set.
Clause 3. How Information Is Used
Information collected through the Interface is used to:
- respond to inquiries, requests, and messages submitted through the contact form;
- provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Interface and the services described on it;
- communicate about a Counterparty’s request and, where appropriate, about related services;
- monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve the experience on the Interface;
- detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms and agreements.
Information is not used to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about a Counterparty.
Clause 4. Legal Bases for Processing
For Counterparties in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, processing relies on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract or steps taken at a Counterparty’s request; legitimate interests in operating and improving the Interface, provided those interests are not overridden by the Counterparty’s rights; consent, where it is requested; and compliance with legal obligations.
Clause 5. How Information Is Shared
Personal information is not sold or rented. Information may be shared only in the limited circumstances described below.
(a) Service Providers
Information may be shared with trusted vendors who perform functions on behalf of Native Frame Co, such as website hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These providers may use information only to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
(b) Legal and Protective Disclosures
Information may be disclosed where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request, or where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Native Frame Co, its Counterparties, or others.
(c) Business Transfers
If the business operated under the trade name Native Frame Co is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
Clause 6. Third-Party Links and Services
the Interface may contain links to websites, tools, or resources operated by third parties. Those third parties maintain their own privacy practices, over which Native Frame Co has no control and for which it accepts no responsibility. A Counterparty should review the privacy policy of any third-party site before providing information to it.
Clause 7. Data Security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are maintained to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration, including encryption in transit where appropriate and access controls. No method of transmission or storage, however, is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Clause 8. Data Retention
How long information is stored depends on why it was collected. Inquiry details are kept while a matter is active and for a reasonable archival period afterward; technical logs are kept for a shorter window. Information is then deleted or de-identified.
Clause 9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where a Counterparty resides, certain rights over personal information may apply. Native Frame Co honors these rights regardless of residency to the extent reasonably practicable.
(a) California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used and shared, to request access to or deletion of their personal information, to correct inaccurate information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Personal information is not sold, and there is no “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. Requests may be made using the contact details at the end of this Policy.
(b) Access, Correction, and Deletion
Any Counterparty may request access to the personal information held about them, ask that it be corrected or updated, or ask that it be deleted. Identity will be verified before a request is fulfilled, and some information may be retained where law permits or requires.
Clause 10. Rights in the EEA and United Kingdom
Counterparties in the EEA or the UK have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection with respect to their personal information, and may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Complaints may be lodged with a local supervisory authority, though contacting Native Frame Co first is encouraged so any concern can be resolved directly.
Clause 11. Children’s Privacy
the Interface is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. Personal information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 18 years of age. If it is learned that such information has been collected, it will be deleted promptly. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should make contact using the details below.
Clause 12. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals. Because no common industry standard governs how these signals should be interpreted, the Interface responds to them only to the extent required by applicable law.
Clause 13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
From time to time this document may be amended. Any amendment takes effect once posted here. The effective date indicates when the current version was last revised.
