Before you sign
Is there a minimum commitment?
Packages run month to month after a first 2-month term, so we have time to learn what works in your account.
Who owns the videos?
You get paid-usage rights for 12 months by default; perpetual rights are available.
What if a video doesn't match the brief?
Each video includes one round of edit revisions. If a creator misses the brief, we reshoot at no cost.
Do you guarantee performance?
No. We guarantee delivery, brief compliance and the hook report. Results depend on offer, targeting and budget, and anyone who promises a ROAS number up front is guessing.
Can we pick the creators?
Yes. We send a shortlist with sample videos for each concept, and you approve before we ship product.
Do you work with regulated categories?
We film for fintech, supplements and OTC wellness with an extra claims review. We don't take tobacco, vaping, gambling or weapons.
